Good thing this is posted since the official site has accessibility problems from mobiles.

However the loss of the GREAT 4Tennoji branch is unfortunate. The new one is certainly more modern but will be slower busier and dishing out shorter visas to non-zainichi applicants. (compared to shitennoji not Temmabashi)

Good thing too. The current office in Tenma is really too small, worn down and crowded. The new building looks great on the illustrated posters they had up when I last visited – remains to be seen what the place will look like in real life.
