However the loss of the GREAT 4Tennoji branch is unfortunate. The new one is certainly more modern but will be slower busier and dishing out shorter visas to non-zainichi applicants. (compared to shitennoji not Temmabashi)</description>

		<description>Good thing too. The current office in Tenma is really too small, worn down and crowded. The new building looks great on the illustrated posters they had up when I last visited - remains to be seen what the place will look like in real life.</description>
